The movement inward
This immersion is for anyone who wants to make space, turn down the volume on daily demands, and try another way of relating to their body and their time.
Home will be the Inda Hotel in Varkala, a few steps from the sea and the cliffs: the right place to slow down and tune into the quiet life of the coast.
The heart of this experience is the ayurvedic process. After a personal consultation with the doctor, you receive a personalised seven-day programme with two hours of therapy a day. It includes traditional Abhyanga massage combined with specific treatments such as Shirodhara, Podikizhi or herbal steam.
We keep a gentle routine with both feet on the ground: yoga mornings, unhurried breakfasts, therapies alternating with a great deal of rest. You will have free time for the beach, for reading, for walking the cliffs at sunset, or simply for a tea while life goes by.
Depending on what our bodies ask for each day, we also suggest optional activities: movement practice, ecstatic dance, temple visits, cooking workshops or trips out by boat and kayak, which we co-create once we are there.

Before you decide, what is worth knowing
We would rather tell you plainly now, so you can choose calmly and arrive knowing what to expect.

There is a great deal of free time on purpose: days with little scheduled, for real rest.
The pace is unhurried: the beach, reading, the cliffs at sunset, and rest.

Before you go
Flights, visa, insurance and money. What needs settling before you leave.
Flights
Not included. Once the group is formed we propose a reference flight from Barcelona, Madrid or Mallorca so we share the connection and arrive in Kochi together. You are free to fly on your own if you prefer.
Visa
India requires an e-Visa for Spanish passports, and for most others. It is applied for online, takes a few days and is at your own cost. We send step-by-step instructions when we open the edition.
Insurance
Mandatory and not included. We tell you which cover to look for. Nobody travels without it.
Health
No vaccinations are required to enter from Spain, but it is worth speaking to a travel health clinic well in advance.
Money
For personal spending, almost everything in Kerala is paid in rupees.
Language
We translate English–Spanish throughout the trip. The group language is Spanish; if you would rather travel in English, tell us and we will make sure you are looked after.
