What we process, and why

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or join the waitlist for an Experience, we process the data you send us: your name, your email or phone number and the content of your message.

We use that data for one purpose only: to answer you and, if you have joined the waitlist for an Experience, to write to you when there is news about it. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

Lawful basis

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist or in touch with us and afterwards for the periods the law requires. If you ask us to delete it and there is no legal obligation to keep it, we delete it.

Processors
